Role Description – Sound knowledge of O365 Administration skills on Exchange online, Skype for business, SharePoint Online, OneDrive and yammer.
– Experience in working in Managed services/ Operations support delivery team serving.
– Interact with Customer stake holders, Internal Microsoft stakeholders in premier, account team of different customer accounts.
– Drive and resolve technical issues/ challenges faced by the Customer teams
– Single person responsible for the technical delivery of managed services during the shift.
– Provide regular status updates / reporting (Daily, Weekly, monthly) to the management in Microsoft.
– Identify process, tools improvement areas and drive the implementations with the help of tools team.
– Should be a very good communicator and excellent team player.
– Ability to learn and Quick to ramp up on new technologies and evolutions on Cloud Services provided by Microsoft.
Ready to work in 24X7 shifts as per the shift roaster of the team.
